• Client Provides a mandate to Callplanets for hiring resources and Specifies the ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
• Callplanets sources candidates based on Client specific criteria
• Each candidate is assessed at 3 levels – 2 levels are technical and 1 will be the HR which can be together done with the Client’s HR team
• Callplanets train the candidate for 6 to 12 weeks depending on the Technology Stack

Team Clients

• The Client hires the candidate by paying a one-time fee to Call Planets.
• The Client assesses the candidates based on the previously defined ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

Importance of Soft Skills
